Ghent Family Medicine's Annual Family Health Fair

Join Us On Wednesday, Aug. 18, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. In Hofheimer Hall, Suite 118. Ghent Family Medicine, a part of the Department of Family and Community Medicine, will hold its annual Family Health Fair Wednesday, Aug. 18, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. In Hofheimer Hall, Suite 118. Family physicians develop long-term healthcare relationships with their patients. Every patient receives a program designed to help them stay healthy, including age-appropriate vaccines and immunizations, regular measurements of height and weight, and health screenings. Activities on Aug. 18 include scheduled sports and school physicals, child immunizations, an opportunity to learn about your medicines, and health education displays on a variety of subjects like: dental health weight management and nutrition general obstetrical care fitness on-line communications through the EVMS Health Services patient portal. Representatives from the Norfolk Sheriff’s Department will be on hand to offer the Ident-A-Kid service. For more information, call Ghent Family Medicine at 446-5955.
